Community and Fellowship

A Christian’s overriding vocation at baptism is a call to follow Christ. Some will accept God's call to a Vocation of Holy Orders or Consecrated Religious life. Others will emulate the Holy Family through commitment to Marriage and the raising of families: Men, following the model of St. Joseph as father and protector; Women, modeling their lives as mothers and women of faith by following the example of Blessed Mary. Single men and women too dedicate their lives to following Christ and his teachings. This results in a “culture of vocations” in our parish consistent with God's call to holiness. Several of our ministries strive to strengthen this culture of vocations through a variety of activities and support groups.
